Happy Tots is a very friendly playgroup. We are always happy to answer your questions, provide development feedback, and open to suggestions for improving our setting. We aim to help your child settle in quickly and enjoy their stay with us whilst learning through play.
The pre-school provides local families childcare for children aged from 2 years to 5 years. We can cater for up to 42 children in a session. We employ 10 staff and welcome volunteers and students too.
All our staff, committee and volunteers have been checked through the Criminal Records Bureau and hold a full enhanced CRB certificate. College students on placements must provide us with their original CRB Certificate before they can join our sessions and will not be left alone with any children.
Our staff are highly qualified in Early Years and Childcare. Staff are trained in Paediatric First Aid, Food Safety and Safeguarding Children as well as other courses which benefit the pre-school. Information relating to staff qualifications and training courses are available in our Operations Plan situated in the foyer. This information is available to you at any time.
