Meet the Happy Tots Preschool Team

All our staff, committee and volunteers have been checked through the Criminal Records Bureau and hold a full enhanced CRB certificate. College students on placements must provide us with their original CRB Certificate before they can join our sessions and will not be left alone with any children.

Our staff are highly qualified in Early Years and Childcare. Staff are trained in Paediatric First Aid, Food Safety and Safeguarding Children as well as other courses which benefit the pre-school. Information relating to staff qualifications and training courses are kept in the Operations Plan situated in our cloakroom foyer. This information is available to you at any time.

Danielle

My name is Danielle, I’m a mum of two, one boy aged 4 and one girl, aged 1.

I am doing my level 2 apprenticeship here at Happy tots. I am really enjoying working here with the rest of the team.

In my spare time, I like being with my family and friends.

Debbie

Hi, my name is Debbie, I have been here since March this year. I have two children. I am a Senior Practitioner. In my spare time I like to socialise with my friends, listen to music and chilling out!

Kathryn

Hi, my name is Kathryn, I have worked at Happy Tots and enjoy my role.

In my spare time I enjoy baking, drawing and being creative.

Kylie

Hi, my name is Kylie. I am 26, and I have been working at Happy Tots since April 2014. I have achieved my Level 3 in childcare, I am a mother to a 3-year-old who also attends Happy Tots.

In my spare time, I enjoy going to the cinema or to BINGO with my friends. I have always wanted to work with children as I enjoy assisting them in their learning and development

Lisa

I am Lisa, the manager of happy tots, I have been here just over 2 years and have worked in child care for 5 years.

My favourite part of the job is doing craft activities with the children and taking loads of photos of them doing the activities.

I have 2 children, Millie and Hannah, who are 11 and 8.

In my spare time, I enjoy going swimming and to the cinema.

Mandy

Hi, my name is Mandy Sadler.

I am a mum of two, I have a daughter of 18 and a son who is 10. After child minding for 3 years I decided to do a children and young people diploma which I completed in June 2014.

I joined Happy Tots pre-school on September 2nd and very much look forward to getting to know the children and parents who attend Happy Tots. I am thrilled and excited to be a part of such a supportive team, and look forward to the coming months ahead.

Marie

My name is Marie James.

I have nearly completed my Level 3 NVQ in childcare. I am currently pool staff at Happy tots.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and boyfriend.
